A BIG Cub Scout Welcome to our new Scouting families!

If you are new to scouting or would like more information, please fill out our interest form here or email us at ocbsapack766@gmail.com.

Pack 766 is an inclusive family pack dedicated to providing an enriching experience for all youth in Kindergarten - 5th grade (young siblings welcome to participate in our activities!). Our program is centered around Character Development, Outdoor Exploration, Learning & Personal Growth, Teamwork & Leadership, Family Engagement, and Service to Others.

Some of our program highlights:

  1. Camping FunWe plan two campouts a year (fall and spring) at local campgrounds, enabling our Scouts and families to connect with nature, learn outdoor skills, and make memories. Campout activities may include campfires and skits, American Flag retirement ceremonies, archery, zip-lining, fishing and more.
  2. Year-Round Program: We believe in a program that is flexible with your family's needs. Our year-round program ensures that there's always something exciting happening (service opportunities, community field trips, outdoor activities, etc), enabling your family to participate to the degree that best suits your schedules.
  3. Monthly Pack Meetings: Join us once a month in the Den (multipurpose room) at Castille Elementary School for our pack meetings. These gatherings bring the entire pack together for achievements and activities. Meetings are once a month from 5:30 - 6:45pm.
  4. Den Adventures: Scouts are grouped into Dens based on their grade level. These small groups meet approximately once per month to explore level-specific fun, educational, and tailored activities.
  5. Flexibility and Inclusivity: We believe in making scouting accessible to all, ensuring that every child interested in Scouting has the opportunity to be part of the Scouting journey.
  6. Family Engagement: As a family pack, we are centered on parent participation with your child. You'll create lasting memories as a family. Siblings are always welcome.
